Our History

To begin, Forma Furniture was created in 2004 in Fort Collins, CO with a vision of growth from our founder, Travis Garish. Since the start, Travis always dreamed of growing Forma Furniture into a three-location Colorado business. Throughout his journey, he formed many meaningful connections with staff and employees. Additionally, these connections lead us to have what we call now our “Forma Family”.

As our Scandinavian furniture store continues to grow, we are proud to have extended our Forma Family to thousands of valued customers and amazing employees. At Forma Furniture, our success is a result of these relationships. Meanwhile, we are committed to developing meaning relationships with anyone that steps through our doors.
