Is Forma Furniture a chain?

No, we are a small business based out of Colorado with 3 locations: Fort Collins, Boulder, and Northglenn.

What are my delivery options?

We have a variety of delivery options depending on the area we are delivering to. For local customers in Colorado, we offer standard Curbside Delivery, White Glove Delivery, and Local Pickup at our Boulder, Northglenn, or Fort Collins showrooms. For customers local to the Fort Collins, Boulder, and Denver areas, these deliveries will be handled by our in-house delivery team. For customers outside of these areas, we offer 3rd-party curbside delivery. These 3rd party companies oftentimes will help bring the item into your home but it cannot be guaranteed.

White-Glove Delivery is not available for accessories, lighting, wall art, pillows, select office chairs, and small items. Call 877-367-6204 for more details or to arrange alternate delivery options.

What is your return policy?

All sales are final for customers outside of Colorado. Colorado customers may return in-stock items within 7 days of delivery*. All delivery charges are non-refundable.

*Item must be free of damage. Excludes clearance, special order, and price-matched items. Additional exclusions apply. Call our Fort Collins,  Boulder, or Northglenn locations for more details. 

What happens if my item arrives damaged?

If your item is damaged during the delivery process. We will work with professionals local to your area to repair or replace the damaged area. Please keep in mind that items on our Clearance and In-Stock page are oftentimes floor models and are sold “As Is”. “As Is” products may have minor scratches or imperfections. Any major damage will be made clear before the purchase is finalized.

How do I know if an item is In-Stock or a Special Order item?

All of the items on our website are considered special order items unless they are found on our In-Stock or Clearance pages. These items will usually include the terms “In-Stock Options” “Clearance”, “Floor Model” or “New In Box” in the title. If the In-Stock item you purchased is no longer available. We will contact you within 1 business day to give you the option of special ordering the item or canceling your order. If you are ever unsure if an item is available feel free to contact customer service.

What is your price matching policy?

We will price match practically any item on our website.* Price matching only applies to the identical items and is subject to manager approval.
