Travis Garrish

Founder | Owner

Travis Garrish, a California native, has worked in the furniture industry since the very first job he took out of high school. After working at several stores and learning the ins and outs of the ever-changing industry, Travis’s entrepreneurial spirit got the best of him. He pooled all his savings, assets, and all the credit he could muster to open Forma Furniture- which became a reality in 2004. Since the opening of Forma in Fort Collins, the surrounding city has grown from a “quaint town” to a bustling small city and the furniture industry has grown right along with it.  Despite this growth- Travis has stayed true to his commitment; delivering the highest quality products by the most well-trained, friendly knowledgeable staff. After nearly 20 years- Forma has expanded to 2 locations as well as an online store and now serves the Front Range as the “go-to” store for premier Colorado modern furniture.

When Travis isn’t working, he likes to spend time with his family and enjoys playing golf. He appreciates the arts and is very active in the community.

Bailey Van Fleet

Assistant Manager | Design/Sales Consultant

Bailey didn’t just step into the Forma family, she leaped!  Bailey came onto the scene with a keen eye for design that she further developed over the years through practice and training. Now she is our go-to design specialist.  Bailey is one of those one-of-a-kind, spunky fun people you rarely ever have the pleasure of meeting. She collects vinyl, paints, and plays video games.  On top of that- she sings!  Our advice?  Don’t compete with Bailey… anything you can do, she can probably do better!

Connie Allen

Sales Consultant

If you have been to Forma Furniture in Fort Collins anytime in the last decade, there is a good chance that you met Connie.  Connie is one of the most kind, helpful people in the industry (or in general) that you will ever meet.  She is well known for her love of dogs and is sure to always keep a jar of biscuits on her desk for any customers that bring their furry friends while they browse the store.

Rebekah Loveland

Sales Consultant

Rebekah is the newest member of our sales team, and she arrived on the scene with enthusiasm and a talent for design. Rebekah has some unique hobbies such as collecting taxidermy bugs (yes, you read that correctly). She also loves sewing and baking (hopefully, not with the taxidermy bugs).

Jeannette Sisario

Design and Sales Consultant

Jeannette went to school at FIDM in Los Angeles, which laid the foundation for her career in Interior Design.  “Listening to my clients is my biggest strength.  A perfect design is always a reflection of my client’s unique style & taste.”

Jeannette loves spending time with her pups at home, exercising and doing karaoke!

Nathan Diener

Sales Consultant

Nathan, a Boulder local (yes, those do exist) is a fun, knowledgeable, and creative sales consultant.  He loves working in Boulder and is an avid skier and biker. From his beard to his furniture, Nathan knows his craft.

Nathan is very knowledgeable and encouraged me to take my time to
find the best fit for me. He was very patient with all my
questions. I ended up with a gorgeous, comfortable and
well-made sofa and two recliners. I recommend the store

Dean McVay

Manager

Having worked in the furniture industry for over a decade, Dean has an understanding of the industry, trends and design that is impressive. He is looking forward to seeing and helping to improve the interiors of some of the North Denver areas beautiful homes. Dean grew up in the area and is excited to bring our new store to his community. When he isn’t working you can find him on the lake paddle boarding with his wife and son – but his real claim to fame is that his son is the CUTEST kid in the world!

April Gross

Design and Sales Consultant

Meet April Gross, our Design Consultant at Forma Furniture. With a Fine Arts degree and previous experience in home sales, April has a passion for modern furniture and design. Her strength lies in her ability to understand the customer’s needs and find the best furniture for their home. April’s favorite part of her job is designing and she loves the modern mountain and California casual decorating trends. Outside of work, she enjoys home improvement projects and spending time with her fur babies. In the near future, April will be embracing her new role as a mom!

Lynn Metzer

Sales Consultant

For seven years, Lynn has been a staple at Forma Furniture. If you have been fortunate enough to walk into the store while he was working, no doubt you remember him.  Lynn has the effect of making you feel as though you have been friends for years, from the first time you meet.When he isn’t working, Lynn loves watching baseball (especially the Rockies), golfing, and fishing.

Charles Pullium

Sales Support

Charles spent the last 11 years working in high fashion. He is excited to now be at the forefront of home furnishings. You’ll find Charles floating between our Boulder and Northglenn locations, supporting our Sales Team and Designers. He is always excited to help and loves to see what people are doing with their spaces. Charles likes to spend his free time playing his cello and cooking/eating delicious food.

Shannon Long

Office Coordinator

Shannon, our bonafide office baddy, is best known for her love of pets.  We think there’s a good chance she is the world record holder for the cutest pet photo archive, always accessible by mobile. Shannon loves spending time with family and friends, and she is an absolute delight to be around.

Nathan, a classically trained opera singer, was lured to the position of office assistant by his affinity for organizing numbers. Amanda Johnson

Operations Manager

Meet Amanda, AKA “Travis’ other half”.  Amanda is the glue that holds everything together around here.  She is kind, enthusiastic, level-headed, and light-hearted. At work, Amanda loves picking out and ordering the accessories for the Forma stores. Outside of Forma, she loves traveling and spending time with friends and family. Amanda also enjoys snuggling up to watch movies with her French Bulldog Clementine.  In fact, she has built up an impressively long movie watchlist- and someday she intends to stop working long enough to actually watch some of them.

Trust me when I say that every business needs its own “Amanda”.
