I had a 10-yr-old recliner that I bought new in another state. After 8 years of daily use in the super- dry Colorado climate, the wooden base cracked and split and needed to be replaced. I had no idea where to find a new base for an old chair. Forma was recommended to me by Ekornes corporate headquarters as a store that would help me. I worked with Bailey in customer service and she was able to find a base the would fit my chair. It had been sitting in the Forma warehouse for years! They would have sent a guy out to my house to install it but since I live out in Park county I took the chair to the Boulder store to save a little money. They had it fixed in 4 days, ready to be picked up. And the new base matches the original one. What a great experience! Our most recent purchase was facilitated by Shannon, who gave excellent service and was a very efficient communicator both in the showroom and via email after the sale was made. The two men who did the delivery of our recent purchase were polite, friendly, respectful of our home and very efficient. They gave us a "heads up" call with a more precise time for delivery which was helpful. Brian in the warehouse was great with scheduling and communication regarding delivery. It seems that the products/furniture are such high quality they may sell themselves but it's a real treat to work with every person involved with the process because communication is obviously something they value at this store.

We first went to Forma looking for a sofa in May, and decided not to pull the trigger as the one we liked was on the pricey side. Well, here we are four months later having just purchased that sofa from Forma. We don’t regret it at all, and are very excited to get our new sofa. Nowhere else was able to customize the furniture the way we wanted. Rebekah was very helpful, not at all pushy, and happy to work with to us to find exactly what we needed.

Great modern furniture showroom here in Fort Collins. We found the staff to be attentive, knowledgeable, but never high-pressure -- we took several visits to make up our mind, and never felt rushed. We were even allowed to borrow some color swatches for a few days to see how they looked in our home! Strongly recommend stopping in for high quality, attractive Scandinavian furniture. They also offer wall art, some mattresses, and a variety of lamps and decor.

First time shopping at Forma Furniture. Wanted to see an new X Chair. Staff was extremely friendly and attentive. I purchased a chair and received it on time with nice follow up from the staff to make sure I was happy. Great doing business with them.

I rarely (if ever) write a review...and I'm actually doing it out of being so very impressed with this business. From the start of our purchase experience, when we were at the showroom for HOURS with a 6 and 8 year old. Becky treated the kids like little purchasers instead of burdens. She gave them a snack and drinks and often even engaged them in on the purchasing decisions (so cute). We went back and forth on what to buy...weeks later we were still downloading spec sheets from websites and trying to lay out the couch in our odd space. As it turned out a month later we landed on a design...which matched exactly what Becky had recommended (we should have trusted her from the start!!). They kept us up to speed on the timing of the order (actually not too delayed due to COVID) and then the delivery came. The two gentlemen who delivered the unit obviously knew what they were doing and treated my couch with utmost care (it's expensive, to me, and they treated it as such). They put felt pads on each foot and balanced the entire unit. I would 100% use Forma again and would highly recommend leveraging their experience in design if you're uncertain (as we were). The unit turned out to be more than I ever imagined. Thank you!!!!!
